In part one, I shared the miraculous story of how I healed my eyesight through the power of the quantum field and love. In this chapter, I’ll reveal my first experience healing someone else from a distance—and the surprising lessons it taught me about energy, connection, and the journey of refining my craft.
Helping a Stranger Across the Mountain
It all began with a message I saw in a WhatsApp group for Costa Rica expats. A woman, Manuela, was struggling to recover from COVID. She felt her body was falling apart, her normal doctor couldn’t help, and worst of all, she had unbearable hip pain. Desperately seeking relief, she asked the group for recommendations for holistic or functional medicine practitioners.
Moved by her message, I sent her a DM introducing myself as a psychic and magick practitioner, offering to send her a distant healing—no charge. Although I’d successfully used energy healing on myself, this would be my first opportunity to help someone else, and I felt called to try.
She agreed, and that morning, I got to work. I focused on her photo, gazing into her eyes and surrounding her with the energy of love and dark energy. I poured my full intention into the process for ten minutes, visualizing her pain lifting and her body being restored to balance.
Around thirty minutes later, I let her know it was done. She quickly responded with a a message:
“Did you do the healing? I suddenly feel much better.”
I was thrilled that she experienced relief so quickly. She later updated me that her pain had significantly lessened and she felt like herself again.
The Unexpected Side Effect
But my excitement was short-lived. Later that day, as I was showering, my left hip suddenly gave out in searing pain. I couldn’t walk and worried I might have dislocated it. With my daughter in tow, I rushed to the hospital, where we registered to see a doctor. As I sat in the waiting room, something urged me to search for hip stretches. I found a video by a chiropractor demonstrating exercises for tight hips, and I tried them right there in my seat.
After a few rounds of gentle stretches, the pain began to release, and I could walk again! I canceled my doctor visit, bought anti-inflammatories from a nearby pharmacy, and felt almost back to normal the next morning.
Reflecting on what happened, it dawned on me: my hip pain mirrored Manuela’s. The energy transfer from the healing session seemed to have left some of her pain with me.
Lessons Learned and Growth
This experience taught me the importance of boundaries in energy healing. Later, when I took a Reiki course out of curiosity, I learned about the practice of severing energetic ties after a session to avoid absorbing the other person’s pain or imbalances. It was a valuable lesson that refined my technique and deepened my respect for the responsibility that comes with healing others.
Healing is a journey, not just for the recipient but also for the healer. Each experience brings new insights, challenges, and growth.
